Looking for the perfect holiday gift for your mountain-loving loved one? Look no further. Tickets for the inaugural AlpinFilm, which will be held January 13-14, 2023, at the 300-seat Jackson Hole Playhouse in downtown Jackson Hole, are now on sale.
Presented by Teton Mountaineering, the two-day festival will feature a unique lineup of mountain films from around the globe. The festival will serve as the kick-off centennial celebration of the first female ascent of the Grand Teton, an accomplishment the TCC will be celebrating throughout the year. A public panel discussion on Women in the Tetons will start the festivities at 5 p.m. on Friday, January 13 at the Playhouse.
Given the realities of the pandemic, event organizers have created both in-person and virtual viewing options. All in-person tickets will come with access to the virtual screenings.
One-day in-person tickets are $25; a full festival in-person pass is $40. Virtual passes are available for $20 for one day and $30 for both days.
AlpinFilm is sponsored by Teton Mountaineering, Spackman and Associates, Four Pines Physical Therapy, REI and NeVille Asbelle Real Estate. All proceeds from the festival go toward underwriting the work of The Teton Climbers’ Coalition, a 501c3 nonprofit organization that stewards, advocates and engages on behalf of Teton climbing.

In-person and virtual tickets can be purchased here, with a discounted rate for those attending both nights of the festival.
