Joel Enrico
Joel Enrico has been climbing and guiding in the Tetons since the Summer of 2014 and now calls Jackson home. He has climbed many, many places but still considers an early season climb in the Tetons to be just as adventurous as anything he’s come across while travelling. When not out climbing he runs Jackson Hole Mountain Guides. Joel looks forward to serving the local climbing community through work with the Teton Climbers Coalition in any way he can.

Hadden Goodman
Hadden Goodman arrived in Jackson in September 2001 intending to spend three weeks climbing in the area. As the autumn came to an end, she realized her exploration of the Tetons wasn’t complete. Determined to delve deeper, she resolved to spend the following summer exploring the region before eventually moving to Squamish, British Columbia. Twenty-three years later, she’s still here, having fallen in love with the area and its abundant climbing opportunities.
With a Master’s Degree in Physician Assistant Studies, Hadden works at Teton Orthopaedics alongside a foot/ankle and hand/wrist surgeon. She is also an active member of Wyoming K9 Search and Rescue, where she serves with her German Shepherd Dog, Boone.
Like many residents of Jackson Hole, Hadden is passionate about the outdoors and deeply cherishes the area she calls home. She is firmly committed to sustaining, preserving, and enhancing the places within which she lives and recreates. Her primary objective in joining The Teton Climbers’ Coalition is to contribute her efforts toward achieving these goals.

Morgan McGlashon
Born and raised in the mountains, Morgan McGlashon is a Teton native. Her first love with mountains began on skis at age two, but has grown to include all mediums and seasons including summer alpine and rock climbing. After years of competing as a professional freeskier and working through a degree in geology from Middlebury College, Morgan has returned to the Tetons full time to guide backcountry skiing and alpine climbing for Exum Mountain Guides.
Morgan’s innate curiosity and quest for adventure has led her around the world where she has discovered deep snow, big rocks, and lively people. She has completed ski mountaineering descents, alpine climbs, and obscure human powered adventures in places such as the Tetons, Alps, Andes, Cascades, Wind River Range, Japan, and Iceland. Morgan loves sharing her time in the mountains with others and hopes to instill confidence and competence in anyone who wishes to be there.
