Program debuts with one-year Founding Member opportunity

The Teton Climbers’ Coalition (TCC) is pleased to announce the launch of its new membership program. For one year only, beginning January 1, 2026, climbers and supporters can join as Founding Members of the TCC, helping to shape the future of Teton climbing while becoming part of a limited inaugural group.

From the Safe Climbing Initiative and the Climbing Area Modernization (CAM) Project to Climb Nights, AlpinFilm, the Town Pump bouldering series, and the Women’s Grand Scholarship, the TCC works year-round to make Teton climbing better for everyone—through stewardship, advocacy, and community engagement.

Founding Members will support this work, receive discounts on TCC events and merchandise, and gain access to exclusive Founding Member gear, including a limited-edition T-shirt featuring an illustrated rendition of The Grand Traverse by renowned Teton mountaineer and artist Kelly Halpin. Additional Founding Member items include commemorative hats and stickers, available by membership level.

TCC Founding Members will get limited-edition t-shirts featuring an illustrated rendition of “The Grand Traverse” by Kelly Halpin.

Memberships are available at multiple levels. Full membership info may be found here.

“Being a Teton Climbers’ Coalition Member is about being part of a community that supports each other and the climbing areas we love,” said TCC Board Chair Sheila Walsh-Reddy. “It is also joining in a strong heritage of local climbing organizations around the country who stand up for climbing access and public lands.”

Founding Memberships open January 1 and will remain available until December 31, 2026. By becoming a Founding Member, climbers can  help maintain routes, expand safety education, support equitable access, and build a stronger, more connected climbing community.
